1. The Service
Evershorts generates short-form videos from your topics using AI (scripts, images, voiceover, captions) and can publish them to TikTok/YouTube accounts you connect. AI output may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing.
2. Beta period
During the announced beta, the Service is provided free with capped usage, "as is", and limits may change without notice. At beta end, continued use requires a paid plan; we will give at least 14 days' notice before any charge.
3. Accounts & acceptable use
One account per person; you must be 16+ (18+ to connect monetized platform accounts). You may not use the Service to create content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive (including undisclosed impersonation), hateful, or that violates TikTok's or YouTube's terms and content policies — including platform rules on disclosure of AI-generated / synthetic content. We may suspend accounts for abuse of quotas or the platforms.
4. Your content & license
You own the videos you create, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. You grant us a license to host and process your content solely to operate the Service. With your explicit opt-in only, we may use your generated videos as product demos.
Personal use before your first purchase. Videos you rendered before you had bought anything from us are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. Those are exactly the videos that carry the Evershorts watermark, so the watermark is how you tell: if it is there, the video is personal-use.
Commercial use from your first purchase onward. Once you have bought anything — a top-up pack or a subscription — everything you render from that point on may be used commercially, including monetized channels, client work and advertising. This is decided per video, at the moment that video is first rendered, and does not change afterwards: a video you rendered before your first purchase stays personal-use even after you buy credits, and a video you rendered after your first purchase stays commercially licensed even if your subscription later ends. Re-rendering an older video does not change the licence it was born with.
5. Platform connections
Connecting a platform account, so that finished videos publish automatically, requires an account that has made at least one purchase. Downloading your videos and publishing them yourself is available on every account, free included.
Publishing uses official TikTok/YouTube APIs under your authorization. You are responsible for your platform accounts and their compliance; platform enforcement (strikes, removals, monetization decisions) is outside our control.
Evershorts uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Evershorts' access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
6. Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe, renew automatically, and can be cancelled anytime effective end of the billing period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
7. Credits
The Service is metered in credits: one credit buys 30 seconds of finished video. There are two kinds, and they behave differently.
Subscription credits are granted at the start of each billing cycle and reset at the end of that billing cycle — monthly on a monthly plan, annually on an annual plan, where the whole year is granted upfront. They do not roll over, and any unused balance is lost when the cycle ends or the subscription is cancelled.
Extra credits — top-ups bought as one-time packs — never expire. They are not tied to a subscription and survive cancellation; they end only when you delete your account. Credits are spent from the subscription balance first, so extra credits are drawn on last.
The free credits granted when you sign up sit in that same extra balance while you are trying the Service, with one difference: any of them still unspent expire when your first paid subscription starts. They are there to let you judge the output before paying, not to carry over into a plan you are paying for.
Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are not refundable (see section 8). A render that fails on our side returns its credits to the balance it was charged from automatically.
8. Refunds
There is no money-back guarantee. The free allowance on signup is there so you can judge the output before paying anything.
Fees are non-refundable except where refund is required by law. Credits consumed by successful renders are consumed: the work was performed and paid for at our providers, so they are not returned or refunded, including on cancellation or account deletion. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.
EU/EEA consumers: where you have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, you consent to us beginning performance immediately when you start using purchased credits, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose that right of withdrawal for the credits you have used. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence are otherwise unaffected.
9. Storage & deletion of your content
We store your videos and their files for as long as your account is active. We do not delete your content on a schedule and there is no per-plan storage limit. You can delete any video yourself at any time.
Deleting your account is immediate and permanent: your records, the access tokens we store for connected platforms, and then your generated files are deleted, with no grace period and no way to restore them. Download anything you want to keep first. We may keep invoices and records we are required to retain by law.
10. Availability & support
Target uptime is commercially reasonable, no SLA on self-serve plans. Support via hello@evershorts.com.
11. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for platform actions against your accounts or for revenue outcomes of published content.
12. Termination
You may delete your account anytime; see section 9 for what that does. We may terminate for breach with notice where practicable. Sections 4, 8, 11 and 13 survive.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, courts of Nicosia; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
14. Changes
Material changes notified 14 days ahead by email; continued use is acceptance.
